Tanya is a firecracker. She is driven and motivated. She is experienced, but understands and adjusts to people - like me - who are not entirely sure of the ropes. Terrible experience with Rod Bearchell - I came all the way from Calgary to see an acreage which on the map was 2 km outside of town. After my phone conversations with Rod who said the neighbours are down the road" and the septic "pond" was a ways away. Drove 8 hours only to find out he had not checked MLS on location
