Ryan was a life saver of a real estate agent. I don't have enough great things to say about this guy but I'll try to make it brief. I live in BC and my mom who lived in St Thomas passed away suddenly and unexpectedly and out of the blue I had an entire house to empty and sell in as short a time frame as possible (9 days) so that I didn't have to return, while also being extremely emotionally distraught. Ryan was recommended by my lawyer and he came over to meet me the same day. He helped me with every step of the process that I knew nothing about and not only arranged for all the necessary steps I needed to get the house in selling condition, he also took the time (and a lot of it) to help me clear out the house since I had almost no one else there except like a long lost friend with a truck; like rolled up his sleeves and got to work. But also listened to me when I would space out and go on tangents about my mom. Anyway, the house sold for exactly what I was hoping and never in a million years thought that would have even been possible. Ryan is the best, I wish I had him as my realtor out west!
